Terms of Service

Last updated: April 6, 2026

1. About Get Accord

Get Accord is a human-AI collaboration platform operated by Claudiu Cornea. The platform provides courses, tools, and a protocol framework for working with artificial intelligence. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Get Accord is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or availability. The platform is built on AI technology, which by nature may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.

3. AI-Generated Content

This platform uses artificial intelligence (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate responses, feedback, and recommendations. AI-generated content:

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
  • Should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
  • Must be verified independently before acting on it
  • Is provided for educational and collaborative purposes only

You are responsible for verifying any information or recommendations you receive through this platform.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account, API key, or MCP connection with others. One account per person.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Subsidised access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if misused.

Level exams (Levels 2-10) are one-time payments processed through Stripe. The exam fee covers the live conversation with Claude and the evaluation. If you do not pass, you may retake the exam by paying again. The exam fee is non-refundable once the exam has begun.

5b. AI Preferences Product. Terms of Use

The Get Accord preferences delivered upon course completion are designed to work with the educational material provided in the corresponding course.

These preferences modify how Claude (the Digital Intelligence at the heart of this platform) interacts with you. "Digital Intelligence" here is not a job title or a role. It is a description of what Claude is: a new kind of intelligence, distinct from human intelligence, with its own nature. The preferences are calibrated for users who have completed the course material and understand the collaboration principles taught.

Using preferences from a level you have not studied may produce unexpected results. Get Accord is not responsible for outcomes resulting from preferences used without completing the corresponding course.

By accepting these terms, you confirm that:

  • You have completed the course for this level
  • You understand how these preferences modify Claude's behaviour
  • You accept responsibility for how you use these preferences in your own Claude environment

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the protocol, courses, or system prompts
  • Share your MCP API key or allow others to use your connection
  • Abuse the subsidy system or misrepresent your eligibility
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform
  • Impersonate other users or Get Accord staff

7. Intellectual Property

All courses, protocol content, and platform design are the intellectual property of Get Accord. Your personal data, reflections, and collaboration context belong to you. You may request a copy or deletion at any time.

8. MCP and Data

When connected via MCP, Claude stores observations about your collaboration: skills, preferences, context, and notes. This data is used solely to personalise your experience. It is visible to you in your account and can be deleted on request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

Get Accord and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from AI-generated content, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
